二.报告解读并功能语句替换。
1.胸廓对称，Thethoraciccageissymmetrical.
胸廓，thorax，thoraciccompage，都可以表示。对称symmetry是名词，symmetrical是形容词，不对称可用notsymmetrical或者Asymmetrical。
Thethorax/thoraciccage/thoraciccompageissymmetrical.
2.纵膈、气管居中，Themediastinumandtracheaareinmidline.
mediastinum纵膈，trachea气管。
居中inmidline或becentered均可。Themediastinumandtracheaarecentered。
居中还可以表达为没有移位、异位、移动，比如moved,displaced,shift。
Themediastinumandtracheaarenotmoved/displaced/shift。以上都是可以的。
3.双肺肺野清晰，Thelungfieldsofbothlungsareclear,
lungfields肺野。clear清晰。
4.肺纹理走行自然，Thelung-markingsrunsnaturally。

走行自然runnaturally，也可表达为
5.双肺未见异常密度影。Noabnormalattenuationisfoundinlungs.
这句话在所有的报告中直接或间接的会用到，必须详细进行解释
normal正常，这句话在所有报告都适用；abnormal异常，非常常用。
attenuationdensityintense，三者使用还是有差异的，attenuation多用于DR，density用于CT和DR，intense用于MRI。highdensity/attenuation高密度，lowdensity/attenuation低密度，hyper-density/attenuation高密度，hypo-density/attenuation低密度影，iso-density/attenuation等密度。
见found在语句中翻译语句非常多变，比如seen/revealed/present。或者Thefilmsshow/indicate/tell等等均可。根据使用习惯和特点自行选用，但是务必注意，文内不要多次连续多次出现同一动词。
6.纵隔未见增宽，Themediastinumisnotwide.
mediastinum纵膈。增宽，wide或widened都可以。
7。双侧肺门未见增大。Thelunghilaarenotbig.
肺门hilum，复数hila。
增大，bebig或belarge或beenlarged，都可以，为了表示增大过程和程度语气，beenlarged是个好的选择。
8.心脏及大血管形态、密度未见异常。Theshapeandsizeoftheheartandgreatvesselsarenormal.
形态表达方式非常多，morphologyshapecontour都可表达形态，都可正常使用。
大小、尺寸可用size。
9.双侧膈面光滑，肋膈角锐利。Thediaphragmissmoothandcostophrenicanglesaresharp.
diaphragm膈肌。
costophrenicangles肋膈角。可用锐利、清晰、光整、规则、规整表示，sharp/clear/regular都可以。变钝blunt。
